A pulse oximeter, for instance, a non-invasive armlet device that measures the oxygen saturation of a person’s blood as well as their heart rate, could not function without an antenna. Some, for instance, are constructed with unique sterilizable substances, and they vary from micro for implantable devices, to large for greater medical equipment.
